Kim Taylor

2012 Diamond Award winning,  Kimberly Taylor has over six years of experience as a Licensed Realtor in Hot Springs Village. The Taylors have been area residents since 1999, although Kimberly’s family has been HSV property owners since the beginning in 1970!  Kimberly’s philosophy comes from Philippians 2:4 “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit but in humility consider others above yourself. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.” This has been the foundation of Kimberly’s successful and growing business.

Raised in central Mississippi , Kimberly has been involved in real estate all of her life! The daughter of REALTORs/Developers, Kimberly recalls,  ”I started working in Mom’s real estate office when I was 10! I remember looking up her homes to show in a black and white MLS book, then walking to the other agencies in town to pick up keys!” She became licensed at 18 in Mississippi and sold for 2 years while attending Hinds Community College where she earned an Associates Degree in Accounting.

Kimberly graduated from Mississippi State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. It was there that Kimberly met her husband of 19 years, David who is passionate about flying and sharing the flight experience with others. David is also actively involved with Kimberly’s business of helping people have an enjoyable home buying, building, or selling experience.

David and Kimberly  have two amazing children Zachary  and Hannah, both attend Christian Ministries Academy.  Zachary is a 10th grader involved in Basketball and Golf at CMA. He is a pianist, certified scuba diver and an awarded archer! Hannah is a 7th grader involved in volleyball and drama at CMA. She is an avid cook and amazing baker. She also just had her first solo in the Christmas program.
